So you're probably asking whether Mairimashita! Iruma-kun 3rd Season is good, or if it's worth watching.
(Synopsis)
Following their heroic efforts at Walter Park, the students of the misfit class return to Babyls Demon School after their summer vacation. What awaits them is not only adoration and admiration but also the shocking revelation that, in order to stay in the luxurious Royal One classroom, the entire class must be promoted to Dalet rank before entering the second year.
As the Harvest and Music Festivals are right around the corner, there seem to be ample opportunities to rank up. Doing so will not be simple, however, as no class thus far has managed to accomplish such a feat. Hoping to give the misfit class a chance to achieve the improbable, the school appoints special tutors to aid in confronting the challenges that lie ahead.
With his sights set beyond Dalet, Iruma Suzuki decides to take strides toward the goal of ranking up, starting with gaining acknowledgement from his special tutor: the short-tempered and selfish Bachiko Barbatos.

This series had a really great, actually really amazing, first and second season. This third season, however, fall short...
In this season of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun our main character, Iruma, and his classmates face a new challenge. Closing in is the Demon School's Harvest Festival (and a few other events), and the news that would make this anime interesting: the students of Royal One, Iruma and his classmates, must reach rank 4 or lose their spot in the Royal One classroom. To surpass this new uphill challenge, the students are assigned personal tutors to train them.
If you're not sure what's going on, please watch the first and second season of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun series. They're superb.
Anyways, I mentioned a few other events. Unfortunately, this is the first pain point of this season. The entire 21 episodes only breaks into two parts, the students' trainings, and the Harvest Festival.
If you can't tell yet, well, the plot and development felt extremely draggy. The pace is consistent, but overall progression was devi slow. To add salt to the wound, there wasn't much of a result in the end. Basically, nothing much really happened, at the start, in the middle, all the way to the end.
Although, Mairimashita! Iruma-kun Season 3 still continues the good comedy and fun interaction between the characters. And thus, without comparing to its prequels, it's enjoyable to watch.
In a nutshell, this is like a filler season.
The art of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun 3rd Season didn't show any drop in quality, though, which is good. It continues the pleasantly colourful characters and environments, with cool and flashy animations.
Unfortunately, again, the action scenes felt noticably lackluster in this season. In fact, there's barely any action scene. Not super great.
There's really not much that I can say about this season of Mairimashita! Iruma-kun, sadly. Thus in conclusion, the subpar storyline and lack of exciting developments gave me the impression of a filler season.
It's still a good anime overall that is enjoyable in itself, but I still didn't feel as excited as its prequels. Despite that, I still look forward to 4th Season!
